Last minute cancellations can wreak havoc on our scheduling, causing both our other customers and our staff great distress. You may reschedule, skip, or cancel any of your cleanings; however, we do require 48-hour notice. A $50 cancellation charge will apply if notice is not received before this deadline. If we do not have your key, and we arrive at the cleaning and there is no key arranged for us or we cannot gain access to the home for whatever reason, a 50% lockout fee is charged. Our staff rely on the work we provide to them and we must always respect their time. We thank you for your understanding in this matter.
Friendly Reminder: Payment is expected in full the day of your cleaning. We accept cash, cheque and E-transfers.
